Ashcroft Mailing Solutions Ltd is one of a very small number of companies authorised by the Royal Mail to inspect, maintain and supply franking machines, in addition to which we also service and maintain electronic postal scales, and letter folders and inserters.
From the first day that you place an order with us we are working hard to ensure that the supply, installation and ongoing usage of your equipment is a stress free experience.
Fortunately, the range of equipment sold and maintained by Ashcroft is remarkably well made. But for those occasions when there is an issue, our telephone based support team is well qualified to solve the problem (a 92% success rate), backed up by a team of field service engineers just in case.
We cover all areas from Alcester, Coventry, Birmingham and Leicester to Milton Keynes and surrounding areas.
And whilst the trend these days is to outsource or sub-contract service, all of Ashcroft's engineers are directly employed. Which may be the reason why Ashcroft is winning new business and service contracts from what were originally non Ashcroft customers.
